What did we ever do before the Internet??! The web is a wealth of resources for healthy recipes, fitness ideas, motivation, diet plans, and fitness tools. I’ve found “Couch to 5K guides”, gym playlists, guides for strength training, and more all for free on Pinterest, Tumblr and blogs, so I encourage you to surf around and find YOUR favorites.

And in the meantime, here are mine:

Online Tools
– Click here to work out your BMR (how many calories you should be consuming per day)
– To overcome a plateau by calorie zig-zagging click here
– For your ideal body weight click here but be warned that all bodies are different and this may not be the ideal weight for you
– I think we’re all curious what celebs weigh, but this  site also covers their fitness and diet plans. Not sure how accurate it is, but interesting and a fun read regardless
